Though I know the first speaker on Squak Box on Friday Morning, the PM from CAZ investments, wears cowboy boots with a map of Texas that say CAZ, but they just look like regular shoes sticking out from his pants. I only know because he crossed his legs during a meeting and hit his knee. Those are some badass boots to wear with a suit.

Agreed. It’s funny that Drinky brought up Blackstone, because I was thinking Firestone. Those shoes look like tires for your feet. How could those things get through whatever screening process designers have before sending sh** to market?

I was walking down 125th the other day and this guy who was selling socks on the street advertised them by loudly saying “socks, socks! y’all got feet, I got socks”. Having feet and needing shoes is about the only reason I can imagine for putting those on.

Also, also, every Fortress employee, down to the brand new intern got shares when they went public. So about 10% of the 18% is really public. So Schwarzman is still going control about 75%+.
