Twitter explains a lot about the work habits of recent grads joining my firm. They tend to skip Wikipedia as a source of legal research, since the entries are too long and they clients aren’t looking for answers that are that authoritative anyhow, prolly.

Given their inability to read, display an attention span longer than my cat (who suffers from ADD) or give a flying fuck generally, I’m working up a method of dismissing them from the firm in a manner that won’t cut down on their free, something they can understand, other than an encyclopedic one paragraph dismissal letter. Do you have any thoughts on:
