*Life here refers to whether someone has not been deemed “legally dead.” As we know from the Kenneth Lay situation, if you time it correctly you can be legally dead but also still living. A great way to free yourself from jail time.

    Wow, glad I took the over on sentencing.

    BTW, that Walter Noel… holy crap. His family is like one of those “farmer’s daughters” jokes. Dang it. What’s up with financiers? When lawyers have kids, they all look like horses. Horses with thick glasses.
